I am a lawyer and I provide low bono mediation services in family law cases where at least one party has a lawyer or LLLT. I offer pay-as-you-go, so no up front fees. My services are 100% remote and I cover all parts of Washington. I have considerable childhood development training, useful for parenting plan cases, and experience managing high conflict cases.
Mediation is a process which requires both people to agree to. It keeps you out of court, lets you make decisions for yourself rather than some judge, and keeps costs down. I never tell people what to do or what decisions they should make in their case, instead I help you understand the choices so you can make the best decisions available. I provide any wanted feedback on proposals and suggestions and I work to make sure the outcome is fair for everyone.
